Yes, you need to make a registration on our event server till 22th March 2020.

Our general game rules are ok with connection sharing. We have many couples on every language version and I don't see a reason to just let one of them take part at this championship.
Multi accounts are, as written in our rules, not allowed.

few questions here.
1)What are the prizes? There aren't any mentioned neither in announcement post nor in rules. Without that I don't think many teams will be likely to register

The small forts we are fighting on are fully built?

All the items are not upgraded?
How are you gonna prevent situation like on second IFBC where team that lost gave their items to another country team with whom they had a good relationship? Some team could upgrade sets for 10-20 people and change course of whole tournament, how will you punish team if they do something like this? Rematch of the battle?Revert of item upgrades? Disqualification ?

Are 5x 3 days VIP-longtimer we are getting gonna last for every battle?
If not it's gonna be unfair for people that don't want to spend money for nuggets on this world, for me every player should have "Character bonus" premium for every battle (either via some "Character bonus medals" given for every player or pernament bonus for this world.

How are you gonna limit trading between members of one team? Capping max sell price of every item? That can be loopholed via trading hundreds of products for min. buy and sell price.
Will we be able to accumulate money for e.g upgrading PSSR for one full leadership player from ^3 to ^5 (10 milions $ needed) ?

If there will be a lot of teams 3x Booby trap given could not last for whole event and we will have to boost e.g one Master saddler to 600 points will "limited trading" prevent that?

Is breaking one rule gonna immediately permaban someone? Or there will be warning first?

I must say, I am disappointed that Union Officer or even Deputy Chef weapons ain't included.
I mean according to Lead CM (Etriel herself), they are supposed to be countered by Livingston, or even Courtier set anyway.. Not anymore?


So.. Small Forts.. interesting choice.
Does Inno somehow acknowledge the thin player base now? (But still do nothing to merge 'em anyway?)

Anyhow..
Smalls can be real challenge, therefore fun, with Professional & Online players.. As long as DEFENDERS can keep at least Towers & a Wall somehow.

Talking of Walls.. Maybe this will be a chance to Update the Small "Inside < > Grass" LoS ?


^ So this is pre-LvL 6 HQ LoS. And everything is normal.
BUT! If it was level 6 or higher, it'd be Height 4 and have LoS on West grass through Height 5 Wall, somehow. (Talk of Wall hack huh)

Same goes for other buildings.

Yes, there are 2 quests that give you 3 day character bonus https://tw-calc.net/item/2311000 and maybe one quest in tutorial( I'm not sure, 100% there is automation, better drop and faster regen)

I for one would love an event without Union Officer sets.
If you would like to add an extra set I would suggest adding Phoebe Ann Mosey.

And I for one would love a game without P2W madness that provides you about %50 more Damage than +2 Tombola counterparts (i.e Murrieta)

Since they don't include those in this Event..
They know.. and yet, didnt even slightly nerf in a whole year. Sad.

Rip resistance builds, but with no OP nugget gear I feel it's actually better to have the tried and tested binary play-style choices of damage and tank.
Thank you for appearing to remove UO set for the event.

Small forts are more competitive, and having 2 fights at once for your team is very interesting in terms of specialising in attack or defence. I like the tourney format a lot and limited resources to within a team is awesome. If possible, maybe it's best to disable trading from worldwide in the market?

I'm not too bothered about prizes to be honest, if the fights are good.
It is also interesting to consider the level of the HQ for line-of-sight vs bonus purposes. Sometimes we chose not to fully build them on real servers.
I wish upgrading could be disabled to keep things as balanced as possible.
I'm sure you already have, but please consider time zones and the markets involved when scheduling fights.
I know everyone gets a level 3 PSSR, but if upgrades are going to be in the event, are all town Gunsmiths going to either have them or not have them to avoid teams having to rebuild towns over and over until they get them?

It does say you will be able to buy sets, can you please confirm if that means shop sets like the newly updated worker, soldier sets etc, or if it means gambling event sets from either a tombola or the shop or any of the nugget flash sale sets, especially Union Set?

Thanks to everyone who organised the Championship and here's hoping this is a big success, because I genuinely feel like international events like this are the future of PvP in The West.

Correct. A team can get between 0 and 7 points from one circuit.

As you can read in our rules section it is forbidden to trade with an other team. We will have a good eye on the market and every team. If we see trades between we will punish the trading players with bans and will also disqulify both teams in very bad cases.

From quests and from the special chest you get character bonuses. Also you get 15 Nuggets every 5 days which can be used for character premium.
But we will have a look into it, if it is really possible to have full character premium during the whole championship battles with the current situation.

The maximum selling price will be capped, yes. As long as you transfer money inside a team within our champion ship and game rules, you can do this.
These 3 Booby traps will last 15 battles which will bring you through the qualification and minumum the first three rounds of the tournament.
We will also check here if we can give you maybe more. But at the moment it would be necessary to craft your own buffs after these mentioned rounds.

Is breaking one rule gonna immediately permaban someone? Or there will be warning first?

This belongs to the rule break. Rule breaks like heavy communication offences and mentioned trading will be a direct perma ban.

We are currently thinking about giving the mentioned rifle to every town gunsmith. I will announce it right after we have a decision.

The shop will be the same like on every live world. But we will have no sales and tombolas.

Alright, good to know. But let's say I per accident put stuff on the world market that were intended for someone of my own team and someone of another team then buys ("steals") those items. Will both players then also be punished?

Yes! You are responsible for your doings. We are completly strict this time because we want a 100% fair championship, so we will enforce the rules to the letter.

Those brackets are kinda bad, in every esport title that I know where losers bracket exists team that lost once can still beat winner in finals. Winner of loser-bracket fights against finalist of winner-bracket for 1st place. And here he plays against top2 team for second place maximum xD the loser-bracket is totally useless then and system isn't called Double knockout/elimination then. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double-elimination_tournament

In my(and many more people) opinion team that lost once should be able to play in finals too. But winner of Winner-bracket should start with 1 point advantage (in best-of-3 system)

Does "Round" mean one Circuit?

i) The Best-of-three system
The Tournament will take place in a “Best-of-3” model. Each team will be playing 3 Circuits against the same opponent. This will be called a “Match”. The team with 2 out of 3 Circuit-wins will be deemed victorious and will progress to the next Match. The team is considered to have won the Match when it wins at least two out of three Circuits – as the Attacker and as the Defender.
Example: Team Y managed to win the first and the second Circuit as both Attacker and as the Defender but did not win as the Attacker in Circuit three. Because Team Y won 2 out of 3 Rounds, it goes forward.

One extra point will be accredited to the overall winner of a Round, the team that:

Yes this point is necessary, because we want to reward the Circuit winners.

This situation is not possible.

Yes, basically the same. We used the word "overall winner" in the text, so we wanted to give it a proper definition. Also for the tournament section it is not necessary how many points you would get. It is only important who won 2 of 3 circuits/is the overall winner of 2 of 3 circuits.

We thought about this but made it a bit different for one reason:
The team that wins every turnament round should be the winner. If the team that was last from Winner's bracket would loose in the final it has no second chance in the mentioned picture above.
So basically:
- 1st place: won every tournament round
- 2nd place: lost only one tournament round and won every after that.
- 3rd place: lost one tournament round and lost the final in looser bracket. (last team to reach 2 looses in the tournament)
I know that this not the classic and normal way to do (it is also a variant named in the posted wikipedia article), but that is how we do it this year.
But be sure that all your feedback will be taken into concern for the next edition of the IFBC.
